While the shipment is on the way, your can choose from the following options:
Delivery to a different address
Give DHL permission to deliver to an alternative address (such as work, family, school etc).
Pick up at a DHL Service Point
Collect the shipment from a DHL ServicePoint nearby.
Select a preferred delivery date yourself.
Release of signature
Give DHL permission to the deliver the shipment without taking a signature
Delivery to your neighbours, reception or security.
Waiting time on holiday
If you’re on holiday, DHL can hold the shipment up to 30 calendar days before delivery to your address.
On the day of delivery
DHL Express will send you a message by SMS and / or e-mail so that you’ll know exactly when to expect the package.
– For the DHL Parcel service you can use some of the above options after the first delivery attempt.
